The man is a monster! What i am saying is he knows everything you would ever want to know about Tibet, Buddhism. Fascinating stuff. I’ve been getting these netflix dvd’s and one of them was Robert Thurman on TIbet, which is a series of lectures in the academic style, but not dry, but full of stories and anecdotes and factual elements that go into the history of Tibet, with relevant digressions into the Chinese and Mongol history.. Great Stuff! If you ever have the interest there is another series of his on Buddhism that is also quite exhilarating .
